Reserve your room before the Housing Cut-Off Date of March 30, 2020, or until the hotel is sold out, whichever occurs first. The AAPS discounted rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days post the official meeting dates. When calling the Palmer House Hotel, be sure to inform them you are with the AAPS. Rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel's availability.

Group Rate is 229 USD per night plus state and local taxes and government fees and charges in effect at the time of check-in.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Guests checking in prior to 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Advance deposit of one night's room and tax is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
