Housing for the AAPS 103rd Annual Meeting is now available at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort. Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis until the block is filled or until Thursday, April 24, 2025 whichever comes first. We encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible.
Reserve HousingHOTEL RATES: A discounted group rate of $369 USD and a Resort Fee of $25 per night for single/double, plus taxes and fees, has been secured for attendees. For triple and quad rooms, there will be an additional fee of $25 per person, per night.
HOUSING DEADLINE: Thursday, April 24, 2025
Reservation requests after the deadline will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For any reservations cancelled within 7 Days prior to 11:59 PM local time to the day of arrival will be charged one night fee.
